User Reporting Structures
By default, each user will be restricted to seeing their own projects. To see other users projects, there are some important steps you and your team will need to complete.
Step 1: Open User Management
Step 2: Access User Reporting Structures
Step 3a: You can select the manager: This option allows you to allocate a specific manager of a group of users OR share the managers projects to team or company.
Step 3b: You do not have to select a manager. Move to step 4
Step 4: Use the checked actions next to the username(s) to you would like to "Allow Team to See Projects" and/or "Allow Company to See Projects"
The decision to select between "Allow Team to See Projects" and/or "Allow Company to See Projects" is up to the user. There is no difference between these two options in regards to the relationship of the manager and user viewing permissions.
Step 5: Scroll down and Select Save
Viewing Jobs in the Job Management Page
Now that you have adjusted the user reporting structures, you can view all users projects that have enabled sharing.
Step 1: Access Job Management
Step 2: Select "See Team Projects" and/or "See Company Projects"
Step 3: Be sure the Bid Due Date range is set to an appropriate timeline
Step 4: Select Apply, You will now see all users projects as determined in User Reporting Structures.
